Billie Jo Sinclair, 67 0f Andrews, passed away Sunday, March 21, 2010 at Hospice House In Odessa, Texas.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March, 24, 2010 at Calvary Baptist Church in Andrews. Rev. Bill Melton will officiate. Burial will follow in the Andrews West Cemetery under the direction of McNett Funeral home.
Billie Jo was born to Grover Turnbow and Imogene Singleton in Andrews, Texas on July 3, 1942. She married Gary Sinclair on October 19,1979 In Lovington, New Mexico. Billie Jo worked many years as an Insurance Representative Agent. She loved to play cards and have coffee with her cousins. She also loved to play pool, music and in her younger years was a singer in a band. She loved to laugh. She attented Calvary Baptist Church in Andrews. Most of all she loved her family and enjoyed her time spent with them. Billie Jo was loved by many and will be missed by all. Preceded in death by: her husband Gary Sinclair, in 1985; and sister Betty Jean Jones, in 1992. She is survived by, her son: Quint Brown of Dalhart, Texas, her two daughters: Christy Marquez of Andrews, Cammie Mackey, of Andrews, one brother: Johnny Turnbow, of Andrews, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
