Recitation of the rosary will be at 6 pm , Friday at Chaney-Walters Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m., Saturday from St. Anthony's Catholic Church, the Rev. Robert Reycraft the celebrant. Burial will follow in Riverside cemetery.
Mrs. Scheberle was born Aug. 26, 1927, in Fleming, the daughter of Theodore I and Agnes Pimple Berg Sr. She received her elementary schooling at the Fyffe School, and later attended St. Anthony's High School, graduating in 1946. She worked at Rominger's Jewerly and Hutchinson Jewelery Store prior to her Aug. 28, 1950 marriage to Arthur R. Scheberle in St. Peter's. The couple began a family jewelery business in Sterling in September 1954.
Mrs. Scheberle was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church and the Altar and Rosary Society and active in the blood donor program.
Sterling; five daughters, Mrs. Sandra Monahan of Glens Fall, N.Y., Mrs. Marilyn Cobb of Fort Collins, Mrs. Mary Jane Hansen of Arvada, Mrs. Laura Rogers of Denver and Miss Sharon Scheberle of Sterling; a son, Steve Scheberle of Fort Collins; her mother, Mrs. Agnes W. Berg of Sterling; three brothers, William Berg of Woodward, Okla., Ted Berg Jr., of Merino and Dale Berg of Lakewood; two sisters,Mrs. Gerri Schiel of Lakewood and Mrs. Sally Henry of Haxtun and five grandchildren.
Chaney-Walters Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
