Services for Mrs. R.E. Standard were held in the First Baptist Church in Tuscola. She was born in Guion, Taylor County, Texas. She married Robret E. Standard on 18 December 1902 near Abilene. The couple lived in Taylor County all of their married lives except for one year they lived in Bisbee, Arizona. She had been a member of the Tuscola Baptist Church since 1918. Survived by her husband; two sons; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
