He was a member of the Gus Garrison Masonic Lodge and attended the Harmony Assembly of God Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Frances Northern of Winnsboro, step-son, Pete Dee Martin of Winnsboro; sisters, Ganna Denton and Yoma Northern; and on grandson, Justin Martin.
