Mary Louise Sylvester died at Valley Regional Hospital in Claremont, NH on December 6, 1992 after a long illness. She was born in Fort Covington, NY on April 28, 1911; the daughter of Adolphus and Virginia (Lenault) Pond.

She had lived in Claremont for sixty six years. She was employed as a housekeeper for the former Claremont General Hospital for eight years. She was a member of the St Anne Society and a member of St Mary church.

She married William Joseph Sylvester Sr. on January 22, 1931 in Claremont but he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by twin daughters, Virginia and Malvina, in 1950, a granddaughter and several brothers and sisters.

She leaves son William J Jr of Claremont; three daughters Pauline Dansereau, Theresa Reil and Marie Rita Dansereau all of Claremont; thirteen grandchildren; twenty two great grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter; and three sisters Beulah Ladeneau of Burlington, VT, Irene Howard of Lake City, FL, and Lillian Plante of Tennessee.

Burial is in St Mary's Cemetery.
