Cliff Adams, 77, of 603 West Main, died Friday evening at Richland Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held in the chapel of the Zirkle Funeral Home with Dr. W. A.
Robinson officiating. Burial will be at Haven Hill cemetery. Visitation is at the funeral.
Mr. Adams was a 50 year member of Olney Lodge No. 140 A.F. & A.M. Masonic services will be held at the funeral home.
Mr. Adams was born May 20, 1899 in Wingettrun, Ohio, the son of John Q. and Viola McClead Adams.
He was united in marriage with Zella Lucas, May 22, 1921 in Graysville, Ohio.
She preceded him in death on Sept. 29, 1972.
He had worked for Pure Oil for 45 years before retiring. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Olney.
Surviving are a son, Dean L. Adams, Springdale, Ark.; two brothers, C. B. Adams of
Kissimmee, Fla.; Howard Adams of Senecaville, Ohio, five grandchildren and several
nieces and nephews, including Roy Van Flossen of Mt. Erie, and Leo Van Flossen, of
Noble.
Besides his wife, he is preceded in death by four brothers, Albert, Harry, Jim, and an infant brother and two sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Hendershott and Mrs. Mae Schenkel.
