She married Ed F. Thurman in Grapevine, Eastland Co, TX, on October 21, 1917. They had two sons, Obadiah & Ernest. Obadiah was about 16 years old & Ernest 10 when they moved to Del Rio.
Ed died from a heart attack in 1960. Millie was in Miramar, FL, when death came in 1987. Her body was transported back to Cisco where she was buried beside Ed.
