BLACK - Temple, Tex., May 16. - The death of Mrs. A. A. Black, a pioneer resident of Texas and Bell County, occurred at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. E. H. Lang, at Somerville yesterday, and the remains were brought to this city for interment, funeral services occurring this afternoon. Deceased was 85 years of age and came to Texas with her family in 1868, taking up her residence in Bell County two years later, thus making a continuous residence of forty-two years. Surviving are Messrs, J. C., L. D., H. K., H. C. and D. A. Black, all of this city, sons and Mesdames Lang of Somerville and Wight of Stweetwater, daughters.
