Memorial services for Minnie Jablonski, 81, of Chicago, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Apr. 13, at Justen's Round Lake Funeral Home, 222 N. Rosedale Ct. (at Cedar Lake Rd.), Round Lake.
Born Apr. 24, 1921, in Chicago, the daughter of Frank and Josephine Bucaro, she died Monday, Mar. 31, 2003, in Round Lake Beach.
Minnie lived all of her life in Chicago and was employed as an assembly line worker in several different factories during her life. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughter, Joann Riener of Round Lake Beach; granddaughters, Deborah (Phillip) Lambert of Henderson, Nev., and Cynthia Riener of Round Lake Beach; grandson, David A. Jr. (Sherry) Yaris of Trevor, Wis.; great-grandchildren, Brittany, David and Alexis; and a brother, Tony Bucaro of Boynton Beach, Fla.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Fay and Laura.
Friends may gather and meet the family from 1 p.m. until the time of services Sunday, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, Highland Area Office, 777 Central Ave., Highland Park, IL 60535-3240.
