Mrs. Jane Luman Canterberry died Friday, April 25, at the home of Capt. R.B. Leedy, this city, in the 82nd year of her age, after a long illness. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Methodist Church by Rev. J.L. West. Burial at Locust Cemetery near town. For some years Mrs. Canterberry had been in poor health, necessitating the constant care of her children. Her husband died some time ago. She was a most consistent member of the Methodist Church, joining at Mt. Zion, Ohio in early girlhood. Her's was a noble life, worthy in every respect of emulation by those who knew her best and loved her most. She leave the following children to mourn her passing: Mrs. Perry Cales, Portsmouth, Oh., Mrs. George VanFleet, Huntington, WV., Mrs. George Carroll, Ashland, Ky., Mrs. A.F.Felts, Bellevue, Ky., and Mrs. James Newland, Mrs. R.B. Leedy, Mrs. John Duley and Jno Canterberry, of Grayson. The funeral of Mrs. Jane Canterberry, who died April 25, 1919, will be held at the Methodist Church, Grayson, Ky., Sunday, April 27, at 2 p.m. Funeral services conducted by Rev. J.L.West and Rev.
