Mrs. Lillie "Tay" Adams, age 81, of Weldon, passed away Sunday, June 15, 1986 at the Houston County Hospital. She was born in Houston County June 26, 1904. She was a housewife and a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include seven sons: Charlie Adams of Weldon, Billy Adams of Weldon, Walter Adams of Crockett, W. C. Adams of Houston, H. R. Adams of Houston, Jerry Adams of Weldon and Johnny Adams of Weldon; two daughters: Lula Kent of Houston and Jane Billing of Houston; 27 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; brother: Rudolf Maxey of Greggton; sisters Della Mickle and Trinity and Ella Jane Adams of Lovelady.
Funeral services for Mrs. Lillie Adams were at 2:00 pm Tuesday at the Callaway-Allee memorial Chapel with Rev. Charles Goodson officiating. Interment followed in the Antioch Cemetery at Lovelady.
