Arendtsville - C. Roy Hoke, 95, Arendtsville, died Sunday at 1:10 a.m. at the Annie M. Warner Hospital, Gettysburg. He had been in failing health for the last week
Hoke was born and resided in Adams County his entire life, and was a son of the late George W. and Maria Taylor Hoke He was a general farmer most of his life.
His wife, the former Viola Black, died in 1969.
Surviving are: one son, Glenn Hoke Arendtsville; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren: and six great-greatgrandchildren.
Services will be held Tuesday at 2 p m at the Dugan Funeral Home, Bendersville, with the Rev. Lynn Schultz officiating.
Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 1 p.m. until time of service.
