A native of Scooba, Miss., and a resident of Citronelle, she was the oldest member of Citronelle United Methodist Church, where she was an honorary administrative board member. She formerly served as a treasurer, Sunday school teacher, organist and pianist. She had also been a youth coordinator and was affiliated with United Methodist Women.
Survivors include one sister, Maude Lienert of Milwaukee; one son, John H. Prine of Citronelle; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral at Citronelle United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Methodist Cemetery in Citronelle with Freeman Funeral Service of Citronelle in charge of arrangements.
