Arizona Wright, 86, of Whiting, IN, passed away Monday, February 3, 1997 at St. Catherine Hospital. Survivors include one brother, Bob (Alzettia) of Cloverdale, Indiana; grandson, Glenn (Laura) Wright of Whiting; granddaughter; Brenda Wright and fiance, Deon Ervin of Arizona; 2 great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Thelma Wright of Whiting; numerous nieces and nephews, Mr. Wright was preceded in death by a son, Bob, in 1991, wife Mary in 1983, great grandson, Jeremiah Wright in 1987, one brother, Earl Wright and two sisters, Maggie Hayes and Pearl Starett.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 6, 1997, 9:30 a.m. at the Owens Funeral Home, Calumet Ave. & 119th St., Whiting, with Rev. Jesse Spencer officiating. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery, Brook, Indiana.
Mr. Wright was a member of the Iroquois Conservation Club in Brook, IN.
