C. Worth Gaylord was a lifetime resident of California and 50-year resident of San Bernardino and died on December 14, 1982 at the age of 75. He was a civil engineer for 39 years with Caltrans, a Protestant, member of the Arrowhead County Club and the Quarter Century Club. He was survived by his wife, Virginia of Highland, son, Warren of San Bernardino, daughters Bonnie Quayle of San Clemente and Barbara Jardine of Highland, nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, and brother, Ralph of Los Angeles. Private services will be held Friday with Bobbitt Memorial Chapel directing and interment in Montecito Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
