Mr. Wayne Allen, age 63, of Buford, GA passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2010. He was preceded in death by: daughter, Shelley Dunn and son, Sean Allen. He is survived by: wife of seventeen years, Reda Samples Allen, Buford, GA; daughters and son-in-law, Suzanne and Samuel O'Bryant, Buford, GA, Leslie Smith, Buford, GA, Shawn Campbell and Taylor Campbell; grandchildren, Deanna Smith, Kendra Smith, Davin and Sean Smith, Rylee Smith, Cheynne Allen and Zoe Dunn; sisters and brothers-in-law, Phyllis and Doug Pratt, Knoxville, TN, Teresa and Danny Tanner, Savannah, TN and Sharon Wilkerson Baker and husband, Larry of Ellenwood, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Kelly and Nelda Allen, Dawsonville, GA; mother-in-law, Patsy Green Samples, Buford, GA; and numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Allen was born August 27, 1946. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army. He was a retired Drywall Contractor. He was a member of the Buford First Pentecostal Church in Buford, GA. Funeral services will be will be held on Sunday, March 21, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Buford First Pentecostal Church with Pastor Tim Copeland and Rev. Mike Voan officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA with military honors. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday evening from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 12:00 noon until 9:00 p.m. Arrangements by: Junior E.
