Services for Charlie Boyd, 73, Held at Jonesville, Nov. 18
Funeral services were held Nov. 18, 1944 at 1:00 p.m., at the Jonesville Baptist Church for Charlie Boyd, 73 years old, who died of heart trouble at the Baptist Hospital at 12:45, November 17. interment was in the Pine Grove Cemetery at Rhinehart with Rev. J.O. McNair of Jonesville, officiating.
Mr. Boyd was a member of the Jonesville Baptist Church.
Survivors are: two sons, James C. and William. both of the U.S. Army; six daughters. Mrs. H.S. Morlett, Clayton; Mrs. Ray Robinson. Jena; Mrs. D.M. Gibson, Alexandria; Mrs. H. Crawford, Alexandria; Mrs. Tom Fields, Leesville; Mrs. Alex Hemphill, Ball, La; one brother, J.R. Boyd, Jonesville.
Kinner and Stevens Home for Funerals had charge of arrangements.
