SILK, A. Alvin (World War II Veteran and life member of R.C.L. #220) Peacefully at home on Monday, July 28, 1997, a week before his 80th birthday. Beloved husband of Bertha Reaburn and dear father of Glenn, Linda Orvis, Nancy Lingard, Brian, Mark and Helen Robson.
Sadly missed by his loving grandchildren and great-grandson. Brother of Art Silk.
The family will receive friends at the Doney Funeral Home, Shelburne on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, July 30, 1997 at 1:00 p.m. Interment at the Shelburne Cemetery.
