MRS. MATILDA F. HAYDEN, 77, died yesterday at noon in her home, 920 Homeview Drive, after a two year illness. She was the wife of James F. Hayden, retired gardener. Also surviving are eight daughters, Sister Mary Loyola, O.S.U., Owensboro, Mrs. E. J. Moakler, Jeffersonville, Mrs. H. J. Walton, Mrs. Alois Jutz, Mrs. W. T. Ament, Mrs. Kathleen Mitchell, Mrs. Frank X. Greenwell, and Mrs. Marvin S. McDonald; a son, Raymond J. Hayden; two sisters, Mrs. Annie Keith and Mrs. Nellie Hubbuch; a brother, William A. Morley, Hodgenville, Ky., 17 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Funeral will be at 8:45 a.m. Monday in Blanford-Ratterman Chapel and 9 a.m. in Holy Name Catholic Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Hayden; beloved mother of Sister Mary Loyola, O.S.U.; Mrs. H. J. Walton, Mrs. Alois Jutz, Mrs. W. T. Ament, Mrs. E. J. Moakler, Mrs. Kathleen Mitchell, Mrs. Frank X. Greenwell, Mrs. Marvin S. McDonald and Mr. Raymond J. Hayden; sister of Mrs. Annie Keith, Mrs. Nellie Hubbuch and Mr. William Morley, Hodgenville, Ky.; also survived by 17 grandchildren and 6 great-grand-children. Mrs. Hayden is at the T. A. Blanford-Ratterman Funeral Home, 2815 S. 4th St., where services will be conducted at 8:40 a.m. Monday, and at Holy Name Church at 9 o'clock. Interment in Calvary Cemetery. The church societies will please assemble at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon at 3:3- to recite the Rosary.
