Ann E. Hartlage, 78, of Okolona, passed away Saturday, October 18, 2003, at Hospice & Palliative Care of Louisville's inpatient unit at Norton Audubon Hospital. She was the former Ann Corbett, a native of Springfield, Ky., and a member of St. Rita Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, William V. Hartlage. She is survived by three sons, Roderick William, Michael Lynn and Craig Joseph Hartlage; two daughters, Joy Ann Bruner and Deborah Anne Reid; 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Her funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Rita Catholic Church, 8709 Preston Hwy., with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Sunday and noon-8 p.m. Monday at Arch L. Heady & Son, Okolona. Expressions of sympathy may go to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
