services for Mr. Macky Eugene Cooper, 63, of Alpine, TN will be conducted at 10 a.m., Saturday, October 25 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home, Livingston, TN with burial in Overton County Memorial Gardens, Livingston, TN. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6 until 9 p.m.
Mr. Cooper died October 22, 2003 in Nashville, TN. He was born June 19, 1940 in Overton County to the late Oral Willard and Florence Smith Cooper. He was a foreman for a machine shop.
He attended the Baptist Church.
He is survived by daughters, Sherry Chilton and Dorris Barfield, both of Calhoun, GA, Necole Cooper of Jamestown, TN, and CeCe Cooper of Clarkrange, TN; sons, Douglas Cooper of Actworth, GA, David Cooper of Rome, GA, and Gary Cooper of Cartersville, GA; sisters, Sharon Hood and Charlotte Huddleston, both of Livingston; 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Patricia Wilson Cooper, and a brother, Bruce Cooper.
