Daughter of Nicolaus & Anna (Kuck) Marson in Shickley, NE. Leona retired as a medical receptionist for Dr. Fritsch, she also loved gardening & sewing.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Merle; two sisters.

Survivors include three daughters, Donna (Michael) Geis of Fresno, CA, Marcia (Myron) Carkoski of Lincoln, Vicki (Ken) Stark of Lincoln; ten grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild; nieces and nephews.
