ADAMSVILLE - Ruby Vernell Gray, 73, homemaker, died Monday at McNairy County General Hospital in Selmer after a heart attack. Services will be at 5 p.m. today at Shackelford Adamsville Chapel with burial in Lebanon Cemetery. Shackelford Funeral Home of Savannah has charge. She was a Baptist. Mrs. Gray, the widow of R. C. Gray, leaves two daughters, Katherine Hamm of Adamsville and Judy Bridges of Milledgeville; two sisters, Wanna Asher of Savannah and Ella Mulder of Stantonville; a brother, Ed Adams of Nashville, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
