WINSTED — Marilyn Ann (Iverson) Jasmin, 79, of 110 Glendale Avenue, beloved wife, mother, sister and grandmother, passed away peacefully on March 10, 2010 at Laurel Hill Health Care after a long illness. She was the wife of Albert F. Jasmin. Marilyn was born in Bridgeport, on Jan. 30, 1931, to the late Raymond and Helen (Clark) Iverson.

Marilyn enjoyed cooking and baking, and was well known for her Christmas cookies. She loved all and in return, was loved by all. Her greatest joy was the Saturday night spaghetti dinners that were spent with her family.

In addition to her husband of 39 years, she is survived by her children, Raymond "Chuck" Del Rossi and his wife Regina of Newtown, Joanne Veneziano of Winsted, Pamela Zablocki and her husband Bob of Winsted, Lori Crunden of Winsted and Gary Del Rossi and his wife Sandy of Grove Spring, Va.; a brother, Raymond Iverson of Southwest Harbor, Maine; a sister, Janet Tower of Wilmington, Mass.; 15 grandchildren, three great grandchildren, several brother and sister-in-laws, numerous nieces and nephews and friends. She was predeceased by a sister, Betty Moffitt.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 13, at Montano-Shea Funeral Home, 922 Main Street, Winsted at 6 p.m. Burial will be held in the spring at Forest View Cemetery, Winsted.
