Golda married Ellis Harvey Jones (1895-1942) on February 26th, 1921 in Galena, Stone County, Missouri. The love of her life, Ellis Harvey Jones passed away too young and according to those who knew her, her heart never truly recovered. She later married again to Elmer Alva Dennis (1900-1987), aka "Daddy E.A". He loved the grandchildren of his wife's late husband as if they were his own. She had three children with Ellis Harvey Jones (1895-1942) who were as follows: Wilma LaMoine (Jones) Lasiter, Wayne Delyle Jones, & Zora Gail (Jones) Marshall.
