She was born April 30, 1866, in Washington County, Arkansas, the daughter of Samuel and Nancy Caroline (Edgington) Cartwright.
She and George Washington Terry were married October 4, 1885 in Crawford County, Arkansas.
She is survived by her husband; four sons, John Edward Terry, Brady Decator Terry, James Henry Terry and Raymond D. Terry; and a daughter, Nancy Jane Terry.
Burial is in Combs Chapel Cemetery, southeast of Fayetteville.
