Madeline McElrone passed away March 4,2010
in Lake Havasu City, AZ at the age of 83.
She was born to Raymond and Louise (Biebl)
Matern on July 23, 1926 in Chicago, IL.

Madeline made Lake Havasu her home 30
years ago from Klamath, CA. She belonged to
the Catholic Church. She had a wonderful
sense of humor; was a loving mother and
grandmother and was loved by all who knew
her.

Madeline leaves behind her four daughters,
Bonnie Story and her husband Vernon, Linda
Costello and her husband Thomas, Tina
Martin and her husband David and Angeline
Anderson and her husband Patrick. She also
will be dearly missed by her eight
grandchildren and three great
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her beloved
husband of 66 years, Robert McElrone;
brother, Charles Matern and sister,
Barbara Clawson.

A visitation will be held on Friday,
March 12, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm with
a Rosary at 7:00 pm at Lietz-Fraze Chapel.
The funeral mass will be held on Saturday,
March 13, 2010, 12:30 pm at Our Lady of
the Lake Roman Catholic Church. Father
Chauncey Winkler will offer words of
comfort and inspiration. Interment will
follow the services at Lake Havasu
Memorial Gardens and a reception will be
held at Bonnie Story's home.

Contributions may be made in Madeline's
name to the Alzheimer's Association,
1028 East McDowell Rd., Phoenix, AZ
85006.
