Edward A. Serfass of 703 Franklin Ave., Palmerton, died yesterday in Palmerton Hospital. He was 76.
Serfass was an electrician with New Jersey Zinc Co. in Palmerton. He retired several years ago.
Born in Ashfield, he was a son of the late Edward and Angelina (Mehrkam) Serfass. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Towamensing.
Surviving besides his widow, the former Carrie M. Hawk, are two sisters, Mrs. Cora Bleam and Mrs. Valeria Moll, both of Allentown, and a brother, Raymond of Palmerton.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the R. M. James Funeral Home, 661 Delaware Ave., Palmerton. Viewing will be 7-9 p.m. tomorrow.
