Charles Franklin Pry, formerly of Sharpsburg, died Wednesday evening near Baltimore of complications, aged 78 years.
He was born in Frederick County and was the son of the late David F & Amanda Barrett Pry. He was a member of the Church of the Brethren of Sharpsburg.
Besides his wife, Mrs Martha Pry, he is survived by two daughters, Mrs Mary Hoffman, Washington, DC; Miss Louise Pry, Sharpsburg; sister, Mrs Charles Goetz, Baltimore.
Funeral services will be held at the Earnshaw Funeral Home Saturday afternoon at 2:30 with the Rev J I Byler officiating, interment Mountain View Cemetery (Please omit flowers)
The body may be viewed at the funeral home Friday afternoon.
