Also survived by children, Michele Bouve Hoffman and her husband Eric, Elizabeth Ashton Hawkins and her husband Chris, Nancy Banks Eades and her husband Allan, Kathryn Banks Puckett and her husband Brian; grandchildren, Grace, Kaitlyn, Lia, Whitney, Mariah, Cullan, Aidan, Eliza, Christopher, Victoria, James, Jonathan, Mason, Brandon, Kobe, Kyler, Blake, Alena, Emma, & Noah; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Forrest Mason & Linda Powars, Wayne Link & Suzie Powars, and David Scott & Meridee Powars.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Forrest Wayne Powars & Nancy Link Powars.
Funeral and memorial services conducted at the Immanuel Bible Church, Springfield, VA, Sunday, February 28, 2010. Graveside services followed on Monday, March 1, 2010.
