Born in Luray, August 28, 1896 he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Simon Printz and spent his early life in Luray.
On September 18, 1927, he was united in marriage with the former Miss Virginia Josephine Halterman and since that time Mr. and Mrs. Printz made their home in Augusta County.
He was a member of the Pleasant Grove E.U.B. Church of Weyers Cave and for the past 36 years, he was an employee of the DuPont Corporation.
Besides his wife, he is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Jennie Miller, of Route 2, Luray, and Mrs. Cora Jenkins of Stanley; and one brother, Clark Printz, of San Diego, California.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. from the Pleasant Grove E.U.B. Church of Weyers Cave, with his pastor, the Rev. Kenneth Fran, assisted by Rev. David F. Glovier conducting the service. Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
