Virginia M. Doucette, 89, 1900 1/2 N. 13th St., Superior, died Friday, Sept. 10, 1999, at the St. Francis Home in the Park. She was born Jan. 18, 1910, in Superior and was a lifelong resident.

She is survived by her husband, Raymond; two sons, Donald (Claudia) Aaker, Mankato, Minn., and Jim Doucette, San Mateo, Calif.; a daughter, Dorothy Berger, Milan, Ga.; nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren and a sister, Betty 'Tina' (Steve) Gondik, Superior.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Emily (nee Hamilton) Card; two brothers, Bill Card and Bud Card, and by a sister, Ethel Cadotte.

Private graveside services will be held at a later date at Greenwood Cemetery. The Downs Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
