Mrs. Julia Frances Enlow, age 81, died Tuesday, July 10, 1990, in Salem, Oregon. She was born June 30, 1909 in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of Jacob C and Emma Sterner Eckhart. She was the widow of the late Leon Victor Enslow, who preceded her in death in 1989. They were married March 8, 1926 in Campbell County, Kentucky and together raised 2 sons; Don L and David L Enlow. Julia and her husband came to Salem in 1977 and lived there the rest of their lives. She was noted for her interest in water color painting, and had several showings of her work in the community.
