Philip Etier, 34, of Fort Worth died in a Fort Worth hospital, May 8, 1992.
Born in Austin, Jan 29, 1958, he was a graduate of Howard Payne University, Brownwood. He received his teaching certification from Houston Tillotson College, Austin and taught in the Fort Worth ISD. He was a member of the University Methodist Church in Austin.
Survivors include his parents, Betty and Faborn Etier of Austin; brothers John of Weslaco and Mark of Austin; sister, Betty Lynn Etier Jeffrey of Garland and aunts Jewel Faith and Frankie Garvin of Weatherford.
Visitation with family and friends will be at White's Funeral Home in Weatherford, Sunday, May 10 from 6-8 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at White's Chapel of Memories, Weatherford, at 10 p.m. Monday, May 11, 1992 with the Rev. Fred A. Ryle, Jr officiating. Burial will be in the East Greenwood Cemetery.
White's Funeral Homes of Weatherford is in charge of arrangement.
