Relatives here were notified Saturday of the death of Adrianus De Jong which occurred in Florida after only a few weeks’ residence there.
The funeral will be held at Parker, South Dakota this Friday, that being the home of deceased.
Those from this place and vicinity who have gone to attend the funeral are the five brothers of the deceased – Koenraad, Gerrit, Peter, William and Jacobus De Jong, Sam Meilenburg and Mr. and Mrs. J. Kuyper.
Deceased also leaves a brother in Washington, a sister in California and seven children who reside in South Dakota.
