Born in Coal Fork, W.Va., She was a homemaker and a longtime member or St. Paul's Episcopal Church in King George. She was a former president of the Episcopal Club for women and a member of St. Paul's Opp Shop. Among her activities were the Dahlgren Garden Club and the Mary Washington Hospital Auxiliary. She served as director of the Discharge Service at MWH, volunteered at the MWH gift shop and helped with the Hospitality Cart at MWH.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas William Truslow.
She is survived by a daughter, Mary T. Myers and her husband, Jeff, of Boyds, Md.; a son, William C. Truslow of Montross; and a grandson, Zachary Myers of Boyd.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 3, at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in King George with the Rev. James May officiating. Burial of cremains will follow at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery.
