Funeral services for Mrs. Jo Haun McKelva will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Wise Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Thomas Beall officiating. Burial will be in the New Hope Cemetery. Mrs. McKelva, 75, of Bonham, passed away Wednesday night in the Fannin County Hospital. Mrs. McKelva was born in Bells, January 27, 1922, the daughter of John and Rhoda McKeel Haun. She married Dick Lamb in 1936, who preceded her in death. She later married Hamlet Kelva who preceded her in death August 20, 1981. She was a homemaker and a member of the New Hope Methodist Church. Survivors include sons, Charles Lamb of Bedford and John Lamb of Dallas; step-sons, Jimmie D. McKelva of Bonham, Bill McKelva of Denton and Tommy McKelva of Tennessee; step-daughter, Ameteene Clark of Colorado, brother, Bill Haun of Denison; sisters, Frona Whisenhunt, Dorothy Mitchell and Thelma Killian, all of Bonham; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Wise Funeral Home from 7- 8:30 p.m. Friday night.
