Washington - A brilliant military wedding took place at St. Margaret's Church this evening at which the contracting parties were Miss Alice Norvell, youngest daughter of Lt Colonel Stevens Thompson Norvell, United States Army Retired, and Captain John Elliot Hunt of the Twenty Fifth Infantry, lately returned from four years service in the Phillippines.

The men of the wedding party all wore full dress military uniforms. The ushers were Capts J.S. Herron, Lanahan, Alfred Smith, and Lt. Guy S. Norvell. The bride entered the church with her father and was attended by her cousin Caroline Saunders of St. Paul as maid of honor, with Miss Jennie Hunt, the sister of the bridegroom, and Miss May Catlin as the bridesmaids....

Capt Hunt is the son of Gen. Henry Hunt, United States Army deceased, the famous artillery officer of the civil war and governor of the Soldier's Home in this city .
