Mrs. Eggers, nee Molly Rhea Cobb, was born at Memphis, Tenn., in 1905. She was married more than 30 years ago to Eggers, then serving in the south. While her husband served for a number of years in the Orient, Mrs. Eggers made her home with her children at Two Rivers, where she was active in civic and club work for a number of years. Later she joined her husband who had been assigned to military duty in China and Okinawa. In later years the family lived at Church Falls, Md., near Washington, D. C., when Col. Eggers was assigned to the Pentagon. Her husband died in October of 1958. Besides the son, she leaves two daughters, Mrs. Edward Stith of Ft. George Meade. Md., and Mrs. J. N. Bohannon, of Rome, Italy, and 11 grandchildren. Mrs. Helen Stueck of Manitowoc, widow of Dr. A. F. Stueck, the former Helen Eggers of Two Rivers is a sister-in-law.
