Nora Opal Lee Hill
8 May 1927 – 4 Nov 1973
Opal was such a marvel. She ran a house full of children, milked the cows, worked in the fields, took care of her kin and cooked like a dream. I saw her take a small meal for her family add this and that and have a banquet in a matter of minutes. She was one of the most loving people you could ever meet. She would give you anything she had if you were in need. God took her one Sunday night after Uncle Rube and Aunt Pearl and children had left for the day. My heart broke that night when we received the call. I miss her to this day.
