Peggy Lynn Berry-Lyall
Peggy Lynn, 57, of Prescott, was born Nov. 1, 1947, in Pomona, Calif. She passed on Wednesday, May 18th, in Flagstaff.
She grew up and attended Chaffey High School in Ontario, Calif. She was the Drill Team Queen (sr. yr.), leader (jr./sr. yr.), and on the drill team 1962-1966. She married Dewey Harold Berry Jr. in 1967 in Ontario, Calif., and had two daughters, Robin Lynn and Teresa LeAnn Berry. Harold passed in November of 1971.
Peggy moved to Prescott in 1974 and worked as a store secretary/clerk. In 2002, Peggy married Bob Lyall of Prescott. Her hobbies included antiques, knitting, crafts, sewing, and tending to a garden of African violets.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Banks in 2005 and her sister, Patricia Williams in 1995. Survivors include her husband, Bob Lyall; both daughters, Robin (Curt) Ralston and LeAnn (Michael) Rosenberger; her mother, Ruth Banks; and two grandsons, Padon and Preston Rosenberger.
Funeral services for Peggy Lynn Berry-Lyall will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 21, at Willow Hills First Southern Baptist Church located at 1071 Mogollon Rd., Prescott. Rev. Terrell Berry will officiate and burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Prescott.
