The Mass of Christian Burial for Adolph George Dreiling, a North Portland resident, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Entombment will be in Rose City Cemetery .
Mr. Dreiling died of an aneurysm Wednesday in a Portland hospital. He was 73.
Born Feb. 16, 1917, in Ellis, Kan., he moved to Portland in 1938. He served in World War II as a corporal in the Army. He was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church.
Mr. Dreiling worked as a maintenance foreman for Memorial Coliseum from 1960 until his retirement in 1979. He previously had been a core layer for Simpson Timber Co.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Edith K., and his sisters, Lillian K. Sweet and Emeline Vonfeldt, both of Portland, and Eleanor Bronald of Kelso, Wash.
The family suggests remembrances be contributions to Queen of Peace Catholic Church.
