Nora Redd Perdue, age 76, died August 13, 1991, in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born October 13, 1914 in Colonia Juarez, Chihuahaua, Mexico, a daughter of George and Lydia Caroline Taylor Redd. Married Willie Lynwood Perdue , March 10, 1945, in Colonia, Juarez; later solemnized in the Mesa, Arizona LDS Temple. Member of LDS Church. Served a mission to Mexico City. Owned and operated her own beauty shop in Ontario, California for 12 years. Great fan of the Utah Jazz.

Survived by husband, Willie, Salt Lake City; two sons, Jerry and wife, Jayna, Santa Maria, California; Norman and wife, Ruthann, Salt Lake City; eight grandchildren, Diane, Michael, Sharri, Devon, Paula, Bonnie, Kendra and Lynnie; one brother, LaMar Redd; two sisters, Mary Jorgensen, Colonia Juarez; Ethel Komp, El Paso, Texas.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, 12 noon, at the Hewwood Ward, 5643 South 2200 West. Friends may call Friday 6-8 p.m., at McDougal Golden Rule Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, also Saturday, at the church, one hour prior to services. Interment: Utah Veterans Park.
