James Chambers Bright, aged 54, died at his home in North Beaver township Monday, January 1, 1934, at 11:30 a.m., following a long illness of heart trouble.
He was born January 24, 1880, the son of Renfrew and Mary Chambers Bright and for many years had been in the employ of the Garland Manufacturing Co., but the last two years of his life he engaged in farming. He was a member of the Moravia Presbyterian church.
He is survived by his wife and the following children: Kenneth R., Birda, Mary Margaret, Annabel, James C. Jr., William, Dorthea Mae all at home; his mother, Mrs. Renfrew Bright, of Big Beaver township; two sisters, Mrs. F.M. Witherow, Temple City, Calif., and Mrs. H.M. Patterson, Big Beaver township.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the family home with the Rev. T.C. Henderson officiating. Interment will be made in the Valley View Cemetery.
