Daughter of Edward and Betsey (Farnham) Washburn. Wife of Daniel Briggs Jr. Mother of ten children, four boys and six girls. All but one daughter reached the age of majority.

Siblings: Philona, Ira, Phebe, Arthur, Sally, Stillman Farnham, Edward (b. 1828), Edward (b. 1830), Judson, Jane Nisley, Achsah Safford.

Granddaughter of Stephen Washburn, G.A.R. who served as a Private (MA) in the American Revolution.

My 3x great-grandmother. Because of her large family, I have many, many cousins out there who I would love to correspond with and share/compare notes!
