Former Galesburg Lady Dies in Kalamazoo Brought Here for Burial
Mrs. Margaret Schroder died at her home in Kalamazoo last Friday. Funeral services were held there Monday afternoon and the remains were later brought to Galesburg for burial in Oak Grove cemetery. The deceased was the widow of the late Henry Schroder and lived with, him on a farm near Galesburg for; many years. She went to Kalamazoo to make her home after the death of her husband. She is survived by two sons, H. L. and W. K. Schroder, both of Kalamazoo, also two sisters, living In Battle Creek, Mr. and Mrs. John Schroder, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Schroder. Mrs. W. F. Schroder, Mrs. Margaret Beach, Mrs. Alice Gates, and Mrs. O. D. Carson were in Kalamazoo to attend the funeral. Semi-Weekly Argus Feb 18, 1913 page 1
