Lottie Grace Crow Haggstrom

Mrs. Lottie Grace Haggstrom, 73, of 702 Centennial Towers died Sunday afternoon in an Aurora hospital. Services will be in the Apfel-Butler-Geddes Funeral Home. Burial will be in North Platte cemetery. Mrs. Haggstrom was born July 5, 1904, in St. Paul to William James and Lottie Alice Hill Crow. She married Aaron Haggstrom in 1919. She resided in North Platte until 1924, when she moved to Wolbach. In 1948 she moved to Grand Island where she was a cashier at Schuff's Cafeteria for 22 years. She was a member of the Methodist Church, a past president of Royal Neighbors and Past Nobel Grand of Rebekah's. She also was active in senior citizens' programs. Survivors include three sons, Ernest of Kankakee, Ill., Arthur of Grand Island and Raymond of Aurora; four daughters, Mrs. Randall (Dorothy Alice) King of North Plate, Mrs. Earl (Lola) Mickelsen, Mrs Vernon(Donnie Charlotte) Beck and Mrs.Jack (Catherine) Bennett, all of Dubuque, Iowa; 24 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; one brother, Lester Crow of Aurora, and two sisters, Mrs. Ella Rich of North Platte and Mrs. Adnelle Shelton of Omaha. She was preceded in death by two brothers, a sister and her husband.
