Solicitor in Bankrupcy,(late of Page county), Harrisonburg, Va., attends faithfully and promptly to all cases in Bankruptcy. Has had much experience and remarkable success in this business. Judge Rives has appointed Mr. Dorraugh a Commissioner of the Circuit Court of the United States to administer oaths of bankruptcy, and I have and do hereby authorize Mr. Dorraugh to receive the money for me for fees in any case, and will regard his receipt for the same as binding on me as my own receipt.
