engaged in farming died at a infirmary at this city Wednesday afternoon at 5 PM. He was ill for 5 or 6 weeks and was brought to the infirmary 10 days ago to undergo treatment. Death was due to complications. His body was prepared at Kearns Funeral Parlor and was removed to the home of Mrs. J.B. Clements, mother of Mrs. Shewmaker on the Bradfordsville Pike. Funeral services this morning at 8 AM at St. Augustine Church and burial was in St. Augustine Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, who was Alberta Clements of this county and to whom he was married 11 years ago and 5 small children. They are Christine, Bernard, Paul, Rita and Leon Shewmaker.
