MRS. MARY KELSEY
Mrs. Mary Kelsey, 94, for many years a resident of Laurens, died Saturday night in the Cliffside home of her grandson, Stanley Turp, with whom she had lived for the past year.
Mrs. Kelsey was born December 22, 1856 in Cooperstown, daughter of Delos and Eunice (Way) Walrod, and was married in 1873 to Watson Bacon, who died. She was married again to Edward Kelsey, who died about 28 years ago.
She was a member of Morris Episcopal Church. Besides the grandson, she is survived by a son, Charles Bacon, in Ohio.
The funeral was held Tuesday in Laurens Federated Church, with the Rev. A. E. VanAntwerpen officiating. Burial was in Laurens cemetery
